  We did our kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room with Belle. From my enquiry to handover, it was 3 months. The actual work from demo to handover was 7 weeks! I cannot believe how fast everything moved especially in today’s climate. I can’t speak more highly of the Belle team. I have high standards and am extremely detailed and Will, Ben, Josh, Danny, Roni and Therese answered all my questions and concerns (and there were MANY). You can really tell Belle takes pride in their work and they also love what they do. They are not cheap but I do believe you pay for quality, as other reviews have mentioned. 3 months post handover, I’ve had a few issues and they have been quick to fix them. True service and professionalism!
I really appreciate their honesty, zero sugarcoating and sense of humour. Their project management is second to none. We received a 2 week schedule every week and all trades came and went as scheduled. And they worked so damn fast!
One thing they didn’t offer as included was design service - I learnt after the job that this is available to purchase if desired. The toughest part was the kitchen- it’s a big gamble when you can’t see or touch your options in a showroom or a catalogue. I’m happy with the end result despite a lot of back and forth to get there. The professional cleaners at the end was the cherry on top. After a huge renovation you’d expect a huge clean up, but the rooms and floors were sparkling clean I couldn’t believe it.
I highly recommend Belle especially if you know what you want or you are happy to go with their recommendations (ie. don’t need to know every option under the sun!). The entire team is a delight to work with and the professionalism is top class. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Will, Ben and team.   When my flooring and kitchen needed ripping out and rebuilding, I called Will and Ben - still pleased with the work they had done on my bathroom renovation 5 years earlier.
The finished kitchen and flooring throughout is excellent. Will planned a redesign that now makes the apartment feel twice the size. The kitchen is amazing, with every feature I could want.
The scheduling and communication from Will, Ben and Josh is outstanding. Whenever hidden surprises were discovered, schedules were quickly varied and no time was lost. The trades that arrived each day were polite, thorough and clean - and all were so happy to be working for Belle. Every day Belle cleaned again, and ensured protective covering was placed at each stage. At the end of the job, professional cleaners came to ensure I was presented with a fabulous end result.
I am so happy and thankful to Will, Ben and Josh and all their trades for yet another superb job of excellent quality.
