My partner and I asked Belle Bathrooms to do major renovation works for our home (two bathrooms, painting the entire apartment, installing lighting in all rooms) and the work was absolutely phenomenal! Ben and Josh were incredibly knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. We were anxious about whether the hardware would suit our space, but the final result was exactly as we'd envisioned and it's incredibly beautiful. During the bathroom installation, Ben, Danny, Ronnie, and Johnny all came by to oversee different stages, making sure every part was done well. The tradespeople who came in were respectful of us and our home, and their expertise showed clearly in their work. We loved the care everyone put into the finer details, which gave us total confidence throughout. The job finished earlier than expected and right on schedule, which was a huge peace of mind for us. We were also juggling other trades for the kitchen and flooring. The kitchen handled by a different company had a few hiccups, but Ben was very accommodating and adjusted the schedule around the delays in delivery. We're also grateful to the team, especially Josh, for working around our schedule when the strata approval took longer than anticipated. All in all, the bathrooms are beautiful, the painting is perfect, the lighting is stunning, and the timeline was spot on. We're extremely impressed with how the whole project turned out. We had our main bathroom renovated by Belle Bathrooms.  I've got to say that Belle were one of the best renovation teams that we've ever experienced!  From the first interaction over the phone, to the handover, the process was so well organised and professional. These are the areas that stand out to me, that make Belle such a superior company to work with, and why we would highly recommend them to anyone else. - the quoting process provided so much information, I've never seen this level of detail in a quote before - the team are always approachable, friendly and willing to answer any questions, big or small - the weekly schedule of works was fantasic, and really helped to plan our week, and know what was coming up next - the quality of workmanship and trades is extremely high, I could tell they cared about our renovation as if it was their own - they cleaned up every day and took care in keeping the areas as dust free as possible Belle really took out much of the stress with our renovation, and helped to make it a smooth and seamless experience. Belle bathrooms were amazing to work with. From the beginning they were so on top of everything, had great communication and a great vision for our bathroom. Can’t fault a second of our experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to renovate. You know you’re in safe hands with them. We recently had a renovation done by Belle Bathrooms and it has been an absolute game changer for our household! We had our bathroom & laundry separated out into two rooms. It has made our house feel bigger and so much more functional. The whole experience with Belle bathrooms was above and beyond what I have previously experienced when carrying out renovations. The quote was extremely detailed and covered everything up front. Communication was constant and proactively instigated by Belle. Dates and deadlines were adhered to. Plans were discussed, ideas were taken on board, and through a collaborative, flexible process, the final result ended up better than the initial idea. Every tradesman that came to our home was respectful and a pleasure to deal with. The house was tidied at the end of each day which was amazing considering we stayed in our house throughout the renovation. I had two bathrooms renovated by Belle Bathrooms and I could not be happier with the final results. The bathrooms look really smart and, in the words of my friend who visited on the weekend, they are “hotel quality”. I was, understandably, nervous about such a major renovation but the team were absolutely professional throughout. I really felt that I was in good hands and that there was a real depth of experience and knowledge in the company. Right from the start the quotation process was much more thorough than any other quotes I had and that helped me build a picture of what the renovation would look like. The team were protective of the rest of my home, they made a special effort to cover my new gates when asked. I was kept up to date with the project plan so that I understood what to expect when. Everyone turned up on time and schedule and were exceptionally friendly, furthermore they would always ask me questions rather than making assumptions. I recently had my whole house renovated by Belle Bathrooms and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result!!!! (2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, wardrobes- EVERYTHING). From the very first consultation, the team was warm, professional and genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted. Will, Ben and Josh helped me refine my ideas, offered great suggestions and kept me updated every step of the way. The craftsmanship is outstanding - every tile, fixture and finish feels thoughtfully placed and beautifully done. What really stood out to me was how respectful and tidy every tradesperson was while working in my home. They treated the space with care and it showed in the final product. Belle Bathrooms did a brilliant job renovating and transforming our bathroom into the beautiful space it now is. From the outset, the team was honest, approachable, attentive and devised the best solution to suit our needs. Throughout the process, they were punctual and consistently kept us informed about the progress of the work. They treated our home as if it were their own, carefully laying down protective padding and cleaning up after themselves. Had a great experience with them. Really solid communication the whole time, really loved the planning schedule i get sent every week. We reformatted the layout of our bathroom but they took us through the steps and were very paitent and knowledgeable. They are also flexible to change as well.
